Email, single sign-on, files, and everything else your team needs — set up for you, behind one login, in minutes.
Starts with Single sign-on, Company home. Everything else is a switch in settings.
3 of these are created the moment you sign up. The rest already run on our infrastructure and are marked Preview until we provision them per customer — so you always know which is which, rather than finding out after you switch one on.
Mailboxes on your own domain, with IMAP, SMTP and webmail.
Mail runs on a shared server that we administer. Your mailboxes and their contents are yours, but mail *configuration* is managed by us rather than self-service. Turning it on moves your domain's mail here.
Your own identity service, so one login opens every product.

Name, address, country, and who the first administrator is. Enough to raise an invoice and to reach you. Asked once, up front, so nobody is chasing you for it in week three.
You start with Single sign-on, Company home. Every product is a switch in settings afterwards, so nothing you choose here is permanent.
We give you the exact MX, SPF and DMARC records to publish, and then we check them ourselves against public DNS — we do not take your word for it, because a mailbox created before MX resolves receives nothing and says nothing.
A name, the mailbox you want, and an address we can send their credentials to. One row per person.
Mailboxes, your own sign-on service, and a one-time setup link for each person, emailed to the address you gave. Running it again is safe: it never creates a second mailbox or resets a working password.
Every customer gets their own sign-on service, on their own subdomain, with its own database and its own administrators. Your administrator cannot see another company's users because there is no shared directory to look in — not because a permission check says no. A permission check can be misconfigured. A separate installation cannot.
Mailboxes run on one mail server that we administer. Your mail and its contents are yours, but mail configuration is managed by us rather than self-service, and our staff can see your mail setup. In exchange, one carefully maintained sending reputation serves every customer, which is a real deliverability advantage over running your own. We would rather you read that here than discover it later.
